To remove it, polish the panel again using a very fine finishing polish and a soft finishing pad. Also, you need to use the zenith method - start off spreading the polish at 900rpm, then up the speed to 1500rpm to work the polish and break it down, then finish off with half a dozen passes at 900rpm and zero pressure to refine the finish.
