Default Mk6 - RS2000 - 4x4

Hi everyone Im trying to make sure I dont break any rules, this is not an advert as I still need to drive the car until I get a new one...
Just looking for some valuation advice, very rough obviously as I have no pics to put up yet.

The car is an N reg RS2000 4x4 in dark metallic blue, has just gone 80k mileage, its got a strange interior (not sure if its factory) nice light grey leather seats and door cards, fake wood dash wheel and gearknob...in good condition just a bit of scuffing on the drivers bolster.
Everything electrical works other than the ABS light is on but im not sure if its the ABS or just a faulty switch, it is in for its MOT today and will be fixed if needed. Has 12 months fresh tax also.

The exterior is perfect apart from a 10p coin sized rust bubble right on the edge of the drives rear arch.

It has some model of OZ 17s on from a previous owner, need a refurb but really nice wheels and really suit it, gravel rally type alloys.

oh yeah it has the double pod looking lights people put on escort cossies too

So:

fresh tax and MOT
80k
service history
scuff on bolster
nice wheels need a respray
perfect working order
small rust patch
magnex backbox (not my addition)

I was going to chuck it on here or ebay etc for offers around £1000

not for a couple of months as Im shopping around for a new car...does that seem a reasonable price that would sell well?

Cheers for any help, sorry for the waffle!
