if you text someone in southern irland is it a diffrent charge?as their number doesnt start 07 etc

and a mate of mine has moved to cyprus and hes got a cypriot sim card now with a random number aswell

its just i dont get a bill i can check online but ive never bothered as ive forgot log in details

but my bill seems a bit high this month
