yeah, put the wires on the right way round, dunno if the pump was any good before, i only bought the car about 2 weeks ago...

but for the 1000€ price tag, i'l chase crappy wiring....

so far i've found she's polybushed all round, koni top ajustables all round and lowering springs plus a stainless pipe!!!

think an engine rebuild is going to be on the cards, as the bloke i bought it off said it leaked oil from somewhere on the inlet side of the block, seemed to think there's a hole in the block, so i was assuming thrown rod, self distructing piston, but when i rocked her in gear the engine turned with-out locking, so i took the plugs out and turned her over and she cranked smoothly, now i'm not saying that when i get her started she ain't gonna sound like a bag of spanner in a washing machine, but i'd like to hear her (and to know the electrics, etc. are all in order) before i start any major strip downs...
