Greys are old hat mate i'd go for 55lb blacks which can see you upto approx 420 bhp if you wanna change later
As for the other 2 saff was peaking around 28 psi and holding 23 psi for 347
and the escos was again 28/29 holding 21psi (bigger turbo= less boost similar power)
