I use greys and a 044 pump, but a healthy std pump is very able to supply enough pressure for 400 and more, the important word being healthy with a nice current supply(ie REWIRE).
You cannot use your chip you have at the mo, it will need either another chip to suit or a remap with such a difference.
A 500 cooler is a must, as is a decent breather system.
A decently set up car with a solid 380bhp and on a T34.48 will be very rapid with little lag, not like waiting for a bus like T4's etc!!
A certain man at CR Turbo's had the above spec on his 2wd sapphy, I've seen more out of this spec turbo though if wanted, I assume you have the usual 360 bearing, step gap seal ?
You may need to look at the ignition side if there are problems with more boost though.
