Iv seen bore liners for most engines but are there any avail for the CVH turbo??

Need to get a rebore on my FRST engine, but dont wish to shell out for +5's so would like to re-use the pistons ive got as there in good nick.

I dare say a good hone may do the job, but there is quite a lip on the bore so....
