beef, turkey, chicken, fish, rice, pasta, cottage cheese, peanut butter, eggs, oats etc.

It's not what you eat as such, it's how much!

Eat well every 2 hours mate and you WILL bulk, I spend 30 mins every morning cooking eggs, rice, chicken etc for my work packup
