not been airborne in this car at all!!!

had it been my last puma i could have understood as i used to jump that over bridges etc and popped 2 sets of dampers but ive been generally pretty kind to this car!!.

Do ford still make the top mount assemblys?? and has anyone got an "exploded" diagram of one or is it the same as any other ford macpherson strut top mount/combined spring cup thingy??
