autosol will do the job perfectly,once thye hav got a shine that you r happy with give them 3 or 4 light coats of laquer and they will be like new,once they r done try not to clean them with an acidic wheel cleaner as your wheels pick up stone chips and the wheel cleaner gets under the laquer and will corode them all over again,hope this helps
