Thanks guys - I guess I'll get someone in to tell me exactly what it is, and then come and see you to find out what to do

This is just a small extension on the back of our house, and is showing a bit of black here and there. It all needs re-plastering anyway, as it used to be the kitchen, so we should be able to sort it all in one go I guess
