to the OP, do a lot lot more research before you start anything. I've been training for 10 years on and off. I'm currently back in the gym for 8 months now. Got my diet almost perfect for me, my training is going well as can be, and I reckon I'm a good 8-10 months away from needing anything else.

I've thought about it recently but TBH the more I thought about it, the more I realised I didnt need to.

From your stats above, I;m guessing you want the 'quick fix' and its not really the way to do it.

am not trying to do anythin mate,am happy growing naturally for the time being,just interested what a good diet consists of when on it.
