Yes, that's correct - although you have the small blanks missing and the edge should be black. Here's mine after a little work.
Top pic was taken shortly after buying the car and how it stayed until I decided to make it look more original with the matt black edging.
The fixing clips were broken: hence the screws holding it in place on the panel. The cracks are stuck with strong tape so that you cannot see them and fixed to the panel with shiny stainless screws and washers for a better finish. Matt black paint added.
