I take it with test you mean test prop as it takes most people about 4 weeks before they start seeing a difference shape wise and strenght wise and only prop would yeald quick enough results in such a short space of time.If you dont mind needles go with above
Personally for a first time cycler ide say going with test Cyp or Enan for 10 weeks would be ideal running it at 500mg per week you could get away with 1 shot per week if needle shy or 2 shots per week if you'de rather spkit the dosage to keep levels in blood etc more stable (better option).You could maybe add in Dbol @ 30mg per day aswell for first 4 weeks as a kickstart to cycle
Depends what you want to do to your body shape wise etc aswell and if your bulking or cutting.Also need age,weight,height and ideally a days eating plan before i could personally advice further
