Just finished a bottom up rebuild on S2 efi ofac managed car. Plumbed it back in and turned the key, started ok BUT its revving is tits off and can't figure out whats upsetting it. Its not fast idling, its revving hard, close to limiter (so turned her off ) I'm guessing electrical. The loom has been out.
