Problem with cossie RWD'89.
Car stays about 2 weeks on a street. Outside temp -8C

When turn engine on after 2 weeks it runs normally. Then i've switch engine off and run it again after 5 minutes.
Just can't uderstood what happens..
Actually engine works but on 2nd & 4th cyls...
1st and 3rd are not working.
Spark plugs are wet but haven't HV on them.
HV wires checked - OK 13-14kOhm
Spark plugs - OK

During distributor check i saw that the phase sensor's wires are loose their isolation. They are not shortcut but...may be it's a reason?
If not what should i check next?
So, if not what should i check else?
