no dealings with her before at all

she's said "if your neighbours have heard what you've said, and i'm a witness to this as i've heard you saying it, then you would possibly looking at being arrested for threatening behaviour"

when she's blatantly not heard me saying anything

my mum, being one of them neighbourhood watch types, has got one of our local councillors involved now and, as you may be aware, these things tend to have a habit of either not going anywhere, or blowing up and causing all sorts of problems for everyone down the line

i'm still awaiting the arrival of the community liaison officer who is supposed to be dealing with the matter from now on so i don't want my mum to get all worked up about somethign without knowing what's what (like mothers tend to do) which is why i'm asking the question

i've got her recorded, on the phone, and the whole thing is about 25 minutes long, from when it all kicked off when i saw what i saw and the police arrived (driving past, literaly 10 seconds later) to when they left our house

but seeing as i didn't tell the officer i was recording what she was saying, will it count or not? it's all in my house, not even out in the garden, from my doorway

i think what i'm trying to say is i'm not sure if i'd feel guilty if she got the sack or something
