Very sadly you will get your deposit back. If they refuse just threaten them with court, they all do!!! It happens to us all the time and we HAVE to refund the full amount.

Ps yes i am a car salesman and yes it is very annoying how people just change their mind when you have sent off a logbook and cant sell the car on till the new one arrives!
