It would be funny to see it happen!
Firstly your T3 probably couldnt hold 30psi , and if it did then the injectors couldnt fuel enough, and thats assuming the ECU was mapped for that much boost and was trying to fuel for it!
In reality you'll max out the turbo, ACT's through the roof, run lean, detonate, and at the very least do a head gasket...... at worst, holy pistons, cracked head!
This is assuming that you have no boost cut of course.
