Here ya go again mate! Yeah i did have to chop a fair bit out the back of the bumper, was a bit fiddly because of th metal inserts, i did it with an extra long jigsaw blade and the body shop melted the lip to smooth it out. I also cut the bottom bar out of my bumper, didn't touch the top one though as i got it to sit underneath (mine is a 90 spec bumper). The bottom outlet on mine does nigh on touch the nuts you're talking about, ideally i would have had the outlet moved but i didn't bother in the end lol. I also ground off the top lip of the front cross member as i wanted to sit the cooler in front of it and i didn't want to chop the whole of the front bumper out. You can kind of see, in the last pic especially, how much i chopped out by the position of the cooler in the bumper and how far 'into' the bumper it goes.
