mines a high miler,extensively modifyed 200+bhp and i drive it like i stole it most of the time!

im useing silkolene 10-50w pro s (i think its called that) fully syn race oil!


but you will find the vast majoirty are useing mobile 1 15/50! or castrol rs 10/60w
