Well going back to basics, it's either spark or fuel, if you're 100% sure it's not spark then start tracing your way though the system, I usually work from the tank to the injectors so check the fuel tank, pump, all the pipework, fuel filter, and injectors first before swapping out the metering unit cos that's the most expensive part
