Have solved it. I have put the restrictor that came out of the 'R' port back in the 'W' port. So now port 'C' and 'W' have the restrictors.
This resulted in 25psi peak boost, stabilises at 22 psi up to 5000 rpm than tailing of to 20 psi at to 6000rpm. This is with greens and a standard T3 turbo, so not bad at all I think?
