Make sure you get one from a genuine reptile specialist not just an everyday specialist. They will advise you on the the proper methods of care. you need vitamins on certain days , calcium on others, you also need the correct rating UV light and heat lamp , also make sure you get a thermostat control and sensor for the lamp . its not quite as simple as some people are making out but less hassle than a dog .

We have just bought another one (17 weeks old) called it marley , the last one died because of some interbreeding disease , apparently the vet said its becomming common with beardy's.
