Does anyone remember how to 'unlock' the dash on a Mk3 Mondeo?

The one that gets the dtc code up etc?

It's something like press and hold the button down then turn ignition on and continue holding for 10 seconds.....

I can't remember.....

The engine managment light has came on and need the code.
