Is there such a thing?!

I'm using my original fuel tank/pump to feed my swirl pot and then an external pump to feed the rail on the focus.

Would be nice to hook into the original snap fit 8mm ford fuel fittings on the top of the tank but i'm using -6 aeroquip hose up to the swirl pot...

Anyone know if there are any adaptors anywhere?!
