It's the whole of the outlet side so it must be further down than oil ways at the top off the head.

Could do with knowing the design of the galleries to identify where it splits into the individual channels
they have grub screws on the front corners of the head (inlet manifold needs to be removed on the inlet side )
try removing your cams and lifters and blowing it out with a compressor
may help free up any blockages out
worth a try before ripping head off

also two grub screws on the rear of head but not sure if they can be removed with head in situ
