Whats the easiest/safest way to jack my saff up on all 4 axle stands?

When I jack the front up and put axle stands in place the rear is too low to get a jack under and vice versa.

Ive tried driving up on ramps then jacking up the sides but it's a bit iffy.....

Any suggestions anyone?
