Depends on the chipset fitted to it.

Thats far more than stnadard boost, but most cossies now have a chip on them anyway.

I run mine at 2.2 bar and it loves it, on a standard engine (different turbo and chipset and injectors etc of course)
so its certainly possible if well set up.
