well its a bit tits up at the mo to tell the truth rene
basically if you are planning on moving to sydney ( and this only counts for sydney ) and are being sponsered ( you have to move to the area where your being sponsered from ) like i was because of my age ( being over 30 )you have to be on a separate job list from the main one,i aint fooking on that new list.i only found this out a week and half ago .my letter from my agant got lost so i didnt know.it came into force on 8th of sept.not that the date matters to much as even if my main papers had been lodged they would have been sent back,this is also a new rule just for sydney.before if they was lodged it didnt matter if they changed anything.

so i have 2 options

i either move to south OZ and live there for 2 years and work in my trade for 12 months out of that 2 year period.and then go where i want ( this is a new type of visa that has been out since april just gone where you dont need as many points

or

i pay 40 grand into OZ and get myself another 5 points ( the ones i lost for being over 30 ) to make up my points and get in off my own back and go where i want.edited to say i would get it back after a year

its looking like im going to have to pay the 40 grand though,as i really need to be in sydney where my brother is,thats where the work i aswell
