hi guys i have got a 4x4 saph and is aiming for a revy 450 bhp
iv decided to go for solid lifters, i will be seeing close to 8k rpm. however i hear stories of using ford 1.8 diesel ones with the shims at the top. how compatable are these for that kind of rmp?
i got double valve springs, but are they still too heavy? last thing i want to do is loose a shim!
also iv herd of converting standard hydrollics to sollid with a piece of small steel rod fitted to the middle (shimed to length obviously)
any advice would be apprieciated
