My iPhone is going off for repair in a day or two, for a badly cracked screen, and as it is a 3rd party insurance company, I feel there is a strong chance of me getting a replacement phone back instead of a repair.

Now I have just synced my iPhone with iTunes, so how do i go about getting all the data (phone numbers etc) off this phone and on to my new one? Im not bothered about my music, as i can do that manually, and im not bothered about my apps, as i can redo all them, but I dont wanna lose all my contacts :S
