that is too cold. you're probably running in the warm up area of the map so using too much fuel?

first suspect is obviously thermostat. other than that, do you run a viscious fan? if so, is it working correctly, or always running full speed? they normally run slow when knackered though. is it all piped up in the right order, being a bodged conversion?
