You might want to get a second opinion on the head you bought, just in case
Yes you'll need a torque wrench. Not sure about CVH engines but YBs have star-shaped head bolts, which aren't Torx bolts. Make sure you've got the right bit to get them out or you'll make a mess.
You'll need to be able to crank the engine manually for when you set the timing. Make sure you can reach the crank pulley.
If things go well you'll do it in a weekend - if they go badly it'll take longer, so don't count on it being straightforward as there's always something that will screw up your plans. That's what I found anyway.
