If I were in your situation I would be looking into aftermarket managment such as Gotech MFI as this can be used without removing your current car loom, whereas you would have to replace the whole loom if you were to run a rst mfi setup. The system would be a whole load more reliable as you're not relying on 20 year old engine bay wiring and technology! They also seem to drive smoother on efi. You should see 180-200 very easily with what you have suggested. I would also suggest a bit of a port and polish to the head, a single pass FMIC and stage 2 T3 hybrid from the likes of turbo technics.
You can run your mfi head if you really want to, just buy a conversion plate so you can run a efi inlet from an xr2i/frst etc or I think NMS use a s1 inlet on their efi conversions which looks cool!
