Default MFi engine build questions

Ok straight to the point, im converting my xr3i convertible to RS engine spec this year, probably near the end of it as the shell is being restored first off. but im wondering what people have for recommendations of what kind of power they would recommend to put on the MFi setup that it has?

i have a standard bottom end in the garage with standard internals but no crank and sump with it at the current time (person i bought it from was selling seperate and didnt have money at time to buy crank which has now been sold on)

would i be able to use my xr3i engines crank and sump for this engine or are the parts different?

also......the head i have is a polished head with Piper BP285T cam, no vernier at the moment but one will be bought... what are peoples thoughts on this cam and are they troublesome? ive heard from a mate that piper cams arent too good in RST engines?

this will be the first turbo engine ive driven (apart from my old 306 dturbo sport) so im looking for a bit of advice on what kind of expectations etc i can expect from an engine with a light state of tune on it?
