im 22 had my cossie just over 18 months and pay £650 a year f/c with 5 years no claims, shop around with your insurace and join a club you may be suprised at what you can afford
the maintenance can get expensive i do all my own work to mine so its not too bad, but the one thing i would say is dont leave anything that is broken even if it is still drivable as you will only break something else!
