Dont think you'll get a fixed penalty. If you have received a notice of intended prosicution it means exactly that. You would have received a fixed penalty off the officer.

NIP is a yellow slip and expect a court summons within 6 months. You may be lucky to be able to plead guilty by post. If not it will be crossed out on the form.

You may still get the 3 points and a £60 fine in court but you will have to pay for court costs as well, about £30.

Looks like the copper did;nt like you very much.
