Driving down the road today and noticed a woman pushing a pushchair and he duaghter walking alongside

See a puff of white smoke come out of the daughters mouth, then see her taking a drag of her fag.

She was no older than 10 years old!!! WTF!!

I could not believe what I was seeing, ok, a ten year old smoking aint huge news, but walking along with her mum or at the very least an adult looking after her.
