INA make the oe ones that ford use, I don't think they are too bad price wise, around £70 I beleive.
I have used pattern hydraulic tappets in the past in most things, but is it worth the chance.
I had an idea to contact some people via mail on ebay who have bought these and ask them, you can get the details from feedback.
