ADSL ISP's always say you live too far from the exchange, where do they build these exchanges....on the friggin moon ?
Friend of mine had ADSL - I forget who it was with, and was paying for "upto" 8mb - but never got over 2.5. When we asked why, we were told "you're too far from the exchange" - the line went very silent when we told him we were next door but 1 to the exchange
