I live in a nice area where the average age is 60 ish! I reckon my neighbours are nosey enough to spot someone being suspicious but wether or not they'd actually do something about it I don't know and then add to that the possibility the police may not even show I always try and remember to lock everything away. At the end of the day if it isn't locked it isn't insured.

A couple of times I have forgotten though but that is only because my girlfriend is either moaning at me or I'm just having a bad day.
