Default Fao track peeps....

Well first trackday of the year for me today and the car was going well enough but was getting some pretty bad oil surge through sort of fast, hard third gear right hand bends. Car was smoking a bit on certain bends occasionally and i worked out it was oil surge filling up the breather then dumping oil out the breather pipe under the car and spraing onto the exhaust.....a 'lucozade' catch tank sorted the smoking problem out lol but the oil surge i'm more concerned about! What do you guys run?? The sumps are baffled to a point anyway? The car does get driven pretty hard on track so is under a fair bit of cornering load really but i really need to do something about this cos i really don't want a dead engine/turbo! Any ideas/solutions would be most appreciated,
Cheers
