hi yer its not chipped and wen i got it 3 days ago 19psi but i dont no anything about it or turbos yet but im learnin quick tho. the person said it was runin at 19 but i think its runin more at 15 now.he had the boost valve turned write up iv turned it down now to save the turbo umtill i get a dump valve
