This is the equiptment i fit into most houses.....

panel - http://www.alertelectrical.com/Burgl...-9651EN-41.asp

pirs - http://www.alertelectrical.com/Burgl...or-MEQBLUE.asp

door contacts - http://www.alertelectrical.com/Burgl...t-White-SC.asp

bell - http://www.alertelectrical.com/Burgl...under-ODY5.asp

All else you would really need is a new battery, internal speaker and speech dialler if you wanted the alarm to contact you if activated. The panel is really user friendly compared to alot of other alarm panels ive used.couldnt be easier to use and program. And the bell is a new one the company i work for has started using and they are really good.best ive come across.

If the wiring is already done that kit could be fitted in half a day easy.
