Congrats mate but save the celebrations till its deff done and dusted!!

The gf and i had an offer accepted on a bungalow that was a mess but had a 20ft x 30ft domed steel garage!! u could litrally fit 4 cars in it lol, so was perfect for me 2 spray in etc and make some money out of work, offer was accepted, morgage was sorted and a FULL structual survey done etc so was waiting and waiting and waiting for their solicitor to do the paper work etc and it ended up getting reposessed at the last minute

Pissed off to say the least!! but found out that they owed basically in debts what we were paying for the house and wanted 2 get repossed.

Now dont have a garage and its an end of terrace house not semi detatched bungalow, tbh 2yrs down the line dont really like where i live but will have to do till the prices pick up again
