They dont know you what you were unloading do they ! As I said I can fill out one of my delivery tickets to state you were unloading something heavy which would back up your claim of unloading and should be good grounds for appeal.

Dojj, I meant the bit about the van mate, not the keeping your vehicle secure. I carry high value loads around London and my Van is never unlocked, even when I'm in the back the side and cab doors are locked
