Greetings all.

Can anyone tell me what length and rating would the front springs be for a coil over front suspension be on the MK2 Escort. I am running a Pinto 2.0 ltr. The coil over conversion kit I bought from Rally design, they also stock the 2.25inch coils in various sizes and ratings and I need to know which would be best.

Any help would be appreciated
