they would be able to tell you why the tyre ripped and advise you what went wrong and whose fault it was.
i did, BUT i had to buy out of my own pocket 2 new ones to put on from them to be able to send them back. bearing in mind this was 2 tyres and each had the tread peeling off the trye and split along the centre line as shown above, they said they couldnt find anything wrong. So i told them to expect the other two sent back that were still on to be arriving soon they they must be the faulty ones that havn't reipped if that was normal.
they had a nothe rlook and said "oh " we see what you mean now, and did refund me in full for them. besides that though , the sidewalls are so soft you actually need to steer MORE than with stronger sidewall tyres, i though there was something wrong with my steering ....
