If it were my tank, i'd use all of the old tank water (110litres) in the new tank along with 110litres of fresh water, and run both filters as its always a good thing to overfilter your water.

Then instead of weekly/fortnightly water changes like you would usually do, i'd add more water until the tank is eventually full. Then you could alternate filter cleans, do one every 2 weeks, soeach filter is being cleaned every 4 weeks, the tank should be very stable if its ran like that imo.
